Actor Website Sins

I'm not sure what year this was, 2003 or 2004, but I was in college back then. I was walking down Chambers Street in New York when I saw a sign "$5 haircuts by student barbers". I thought to myself - how bad can it be, all I need is a quick buzz, and $5 is a steal. After being jammed and stabbed with the clippers for 20 minutes I remember how angry I was when handing over the five dollar bill. I also remember saying "you should be paying ME for this torture".

Moral of the story is, if your web developer is untrained like these barbers, they're only causing damage by developing your actor website. You wouldn't let anybody write your resume just because they can do it cheap, would you?

Let's just say that if your developer makes these sins on your actor website, you just might be better off not getting that haircut in the first place.

Without further ado, I present to you the actor website sins. These are screenshots of real websites out there. Of course I would never demonstrate a problem without offering a solution. To most of these, the solution would simply be: "don't do it", but if you need additional advice, don't forget to check actor website tips and anyways feel free to reach out to me on Twitter.
