Everything sent through the contact form on your website lands here. Replying opens your own email client, so the reply comes from your address and continues in your inbox rather than in ours. That is deliberate: a conversation that starts on your website should carry on somewhere you will still have it in two years. Messages stay here as a record even after you have replied.
