Importing an existing address book

Rather than typing people in, you can bring in an address book you already have. Import the working list rather than everything: a contacts page full of people you have never spoken to is a search that returns noise. Anything imported can be edited afterwards, and duplicates are worth clearing on the way in rather than later.
