Settings: Billing

Everything about what you pay and how. The card on file is at the top: replace it here rather than letting a renewal fail, because a declined payment leaves an outstanding balance and that does not collect itself. Transaction History lists every charge, including the declined ones, with the reason the bank gave. If a balance is showing, clearing it is one payment and your site carries on as normal. Canceling a subscription is not on this page: that lives under Settings then Account, next to the rest of what closing an account does.

Transcript of the video

This is where a free account becomes a paid one, and where your billing lives afterwards. There are two plans and they are the same website. Nothing is held back on the cheaper one. The only difference is how often you pay. Yearly works out at two months free, so if you are keeping the site for a year it is the one to take. Enter your card and the account upgrades as soon as the payment goes through. The card details go straight to our payment provider; we never see them. You can cancel at any time from the Account tab, and nothing here is a contract.
