Creating a forwarding address

Choose the part before the at sign, pick which of your domains it belongs to, and say where mail should land. It starts working within a few minutes. The domain list fills in once a domain is connected, so if it is empty, start on Settings then Domains. Keep it simple enough to read out over the phone, because you will be reading it out over the phone.
