Choosing your interview questions

Pick from the stock list or write your own. The stock questions are there because they get interesting answers out of most people, which is harder than it sounds. Choose the ones you actually have something to say about. A question you answer dutifully reads worse than one you skip, and three questions is a perfectly good interview.
