MP3 is the safe format and the one to use. Upload the reel rather than the whole session: a voice reel that runs past ninety seconds is not listened to past ninety seconds. If a file is rejected for size, export it again at a lower bitrate; 192 kbps is more than enough for speech on a website and nobody will hear the difference over the laptop speakers most people will use.
