Track titles and descriptions

The title is what shows in the player, so it wants to be the thing rather than the file name. "National radio, insurance, 2025" tells a listener what they are about to hear; "reel_final_v3" tells them about your desktop. The description sits underneath and is the place for the character, the direction or the client where naming the client is allowed. The external link is for sending somebody to the finished piece.
