Adding a credit

Project, company, category, your role, the billing and the dates. Category is what groups the credit on your resume, so a film in the television category lands in the wrong block and looks like carelessness. The company is the production company rather than the distributor. If a project has changed name since you shot it, use the name it was released under, because that is the one somebody searching will recognize.
