THE ONGOING TECHNIQUE CLASSES
Lesly Kahn & Company These classes focus on learning to immediately determine and execute the inherent, text-based choices and patterns hidden within specific genres of text. They provide a forum for the actor to hone his or her skills, develop new abilities and conquer individual hurdles. Class projects include audition technique, cold reading, marketing, genre, sit-com, and script development (with guest directors and/or screenwriters on their projects in pre-production). Teaching Assistants work with the Staff Teachers in many classes in order to provide individual attention to specific acting issues.
