Lavalle Actor's Workshop On going classes include scene study, technique, improvisation, cold reading, and monologue work. Acting coach and Director, Dennis LaValle teaches an eclectic technique melded from his over twenty five years of experience on stage, film, television and commercial work. "I think it's important to learn specific techniques, but no one school of thought will suffice in all situations." As Shakespeare said, "Suit the action to the word, the word to the action." Dennis teaches a way of creating characters that draw from the vast experiences each individual actor possesses.
