She began acting in musical theatre productions at the age of four, which led her to roles in film and television. Her performance as Sofia in Delivering Christmas gained recognition, earning the Young Artist Academy Award and Young Entertainer Award for Best Leading Actress in a TV Movie at the age of nine.
