Build your #actor #website instead of counting sheep. 
Try to make it your own as long as it feels natural. Could be a voice inflection, or your stance. 
It is 2nd AD' job to carry out the demands of the first AD. They are usually the ones that coordinate the extras, or scenes that dont involved the primary actors. They also help communicate with other below-the-line crew such as wardrobe, hair/make-up.
