Emeson is a singer-songwriter, producer and actor. He first appeared musically as an original member of the group Lifesize, alongside producer/singer-songwriter Uzo Madu (Beya Records) and jazz/soul session musician Chris Jerome (Julian Joseph, Courtney Pine) contributing writing and performing on tracks such as 'Awake' and 'Is This The World We Live In'(Gangster Records)

His early memories of music include hanging out, playing eight-track cartridges in his dad's Volkswagen Hatchback and listening to the sound systems along the streets on summer days, music as varied as Jimmy Cliff, the Upsetters, Pioneers and James Brown right through to Don Williams, Steely Dan, Booker T & the MG's, The Jackson 5, The Sylvers, Stevie Wonder, The Beatles and Miles Davis.Further influences include John Foxx, Kraftwerk, Kleeer and the legendary Curtis Mayfield. The Bittersoul EP (2004), Audiocentricities download album (2006) , Connect EP and Equilibrium were all born within his Lab Soulphonica hideout.

In-between all this he would DJ at various spots and promote his own themed nights. Over the years as a DJ he has been a DJ resident and guest in many quarters,alongside 'keepers of the sound' Bobby & Steve, Norman Jay, Touch of Class, Mark One and many other DJ luminaries.

These musical excursions have led emeson to produce, guest, remix, feature and write for artists such as the one and only legendary Peter Gabriel (Shock the Monkey Emeson Remix), the colossal jazz great Chico Hamilton (Language Universal) and several international artists including Don Cuco (Sundrop), Drum Drama (Misery) and feature and tour as singer-songwriter for the electronic soul band, The One (Double Life EP, Who Are You CD) supporting the likes of Quadron and playing live at Ronnie Scott's, Shunt, Catch, Cargo, Old Blue Last and many more venues.

Emeson released a double album entitled extrasolar* in 2012 on 24thCenturyRecords featuring the tracks 'Supernova, Sun-Ra and 'I Have Come To Love You' and in 2013, Emeson collaborated on hip hop veteran Skandouz' #Fearless Vol 1 album. (Soldier) In 2014, Emeson returned with his solo Bespoke EP - ''A sartorial musical timepiece embellished with Afrocentricity, jazz fusion contusion, electronic sonnet and soul nuance.''

He has been part of the acclaimed Saturn's Children ensemble as singer-songwriter with the producer Karmasound, works collaboratively with producer K15 for the Profusion group and is also a contributor to the Carla Duke music project which includes acclaimed Swedish singer-songwriter Roselie.

On screen, Emeson has been in box office films such as Guardians of the Galaxy, Avengers 2 - Age of Ultron, Kingsman : The Secret Service, US television drama documentaries such as Manhunt : Kill or Capture and Suspicion (Slaughter on the Schuylkill) and is one of the few actors in the Marvel Cinematic Universe who has portrayed different characters. He also takes the lead role as Detective Inspector Faulkner in HKB Finn's 'NiNA' an ongoing journey into the depths of extraordinary and exceptional love scenarios.
