About Dawn Melissa
I am an American Writer, Actress and Director based in London. I'm also a Youtuber and creator of the walk web series "Come Wine With Me" where I drink wine and complain about things.
Bio
With a BFA from NYU for Film and Television production, an MA from Regent's University London for Media Communication and a background in musical theatre, I guess one could say I'm all over the place.
Overall, I am a storyteller. I collect experiences, travel to new places and learn new crafts with the idea that there might be a good story behind it. I write features, web series, short films, TV series and plays. I write about love, friendship, awkward moments, women, fantasy and sci-fi. I write about the people I meet who inspire me or motivate me or annoy me.
I also blog about my real life as well. I am That Former Sidekick Girl telling "mostly true stories" and sharing "too much information" about friendship, love and all the embarrassing mistakes I made that made me who I am today.
